Where the Liquid hugs the Solid

collaboration. Gabriel Gillott
Portland’s coast path creates a border between the island and the sea, a thin piece of line where the liquid hugs the solid. In this book, this circular path becomes a field, where ephemeral experiences and collective imaginations circulate and re-conceive the history, the present and the future of the island.
Ioannis Panagiotou, Gabrielle Gillott, prisoners from HMP Portland and an AI software, aim to explore a new ecosystem where people, animals, objects, experiences, landscapes, history and imagination interact as a single unity.
